The Police Did Not Read Me My Rights – Will My Case Be Dismissed?

“You have the right to remain silent.  Anything you say can be used against you.”  We all are familiar with such admonitions because movies and television often have police officers reciting such sentences when questioning a suspect.  When must police advise someone of these Miranda rights?  When there is a traffic stop as the officer asks someone for their license, registration and proof of insurance?  If not then, when?  Click on the link here to read answers to these questions –
