Custody Credit for Presentence Electronic Home Monitoring?

Penal Code § 2900.5 requires a judge to award presentence custody credits for someone who served home detention prior to sentencing.  Penal Code § 1203.018 then permits each county to implement an electronic home monitoring program that permits suspects to post bail with an agreement to electronic home monitoring, which can be structured to allow the person to even go to work. Dos the person then also earn good-time, work time credits under § 4019?  Click on the following link to find out whether all of this is possible.
