PC 1170.95 Resentencing (SB 1437) – 3 Requirements.

The new felony murder rule in California has a provision for resentencing someone convicted of first-degree or second-degree murder under a felony murder or natural and probable consequences doctrine. It (so far) does not extend to convictions for attempted murder or manslaughter, as the three requirements for filing such a petition make clear.
