AB 333 Violates Prop 21 on 190.2(a)(22) Charge

Assembly Bill (AB) 333 is unconstitutional for its provisions amending the sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole or death, as originally codified through Proposition 21 in the year 2000. AB 333 is unconstitutional in this regard because it was not passed by two-thirds of the Legislature, as Proposition 21 required.
